Abbivale farm cottage is a lovely tranquil retreat situated 18kms out of Denmark along the Scotsdale Tourist drive. Our place is suitable for discerning adults (up to 4 people). Children are welcome but due to unfenced dams, it is may not be suitable for younger children (under 6). Relax in peaceful surroundings amongst the karris & the gum trees. Blue wrens & kangaroos are plentiful & often emus! - perfect surroundings to relax & unwind. Close by to vineyards,walks & other tourist attractions.

Chalet on Tennessee Hill

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This chalet is set high on the hill with sweeping farmland views. Fully insulated, with reverse cycle AC and a wood fire. Chalet 1 has 2 cosy bedrooms (1 King, 2 Singles), a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room, 2 decks, a bathroom with toilet and shower . The chalet is fully insulated with reverse cycle AC and a wood fire (one night complimentary firewood). Bookings of more than two people will have access to the second bedroom.

Carnaby, sleeps 3, quiet, secluded and Private . Our 125 acre property backs onto the Porongurup Ranges, with views from the cottages and north to the Sterling ranges, (40 min drive), The Granite Skywalk is a short drive from the property. Views are spectacular from the top, south to Albany and North to The Sterling Ranges. The cottages are located over 500 meters back from the road on our farm, allowing guests to enjoy the peace and quiet. Our other 2 cottages are Kestrel (adults only)& Boobook

Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. A quiet place, on a bush block, next to the National Park. The guest suite is part of our home & is suitable for singles or couples. The Granite Skywalk & other tracks are not far away. There are local food outlets & winery's that are open on limited days. Mount Barker is 25 klm away & a good place for food & fuel. Telstra has the best coverage here & Internet and television is via satillite. Bluff Knoll & Albany are 40 klm away, with no services inbetween. We can provide milk, on request.
