Amity House - Noosa hinterland

Amity House is a beautiful Queenslander home ideally located between Noosa and Eumundi. It's the perfect base for your family holiday - a quiet spacious property with views across bushland to Laguna Bay - with the beaches of Noosa and Peregian less than 20 minutes away. Head out to the beach in the morning, then spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool before toasting marshmallows around the campfire at night. We accommodate up to six adults or families with children up to eight in total.

Peregian Luxury beach house with Ocean views

Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

Luxury Retreat: Ocean views & direct beach access

Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

Yinneburra: Absolute beachfront at Yaroomba

When we say beachfront, we mean right-on-the-dunes, waves-lulling-you-to-sleep, next-stop-sand, absolute beachfront. Check the surf from your own deck, then step out the gate and have your feet in the sand seconds later with a direct path onto the beach. When it's time to relax, there's a pool and plenty of comfy places to kick back with a drink. And of course, a fully equipped kitchen and living areas, fun beach vibes and plenty of room for everyone, all just 5 min to Coolum.

Listen to the waves in this renovated beach shack, just up the road from the Surf Club and patrolled beach. Fully air-conditioned with expansive rear deck and fenced back yard. House has polished concrete floors, 2 living areas and an outdoor hot shower to wash off the saltwater. Soak in the freestanding cast iron bathtub on the veranda of Little Red Barn or relax in the heated concrete swimming pool overlooking beautiful countryside. The verandah is a relaxing spot to enjoy the view. This idyllic home features a soaring vaulted wooden ceiling creating a feeling of space. Cosy in winter with wood burning fireplace and cool in summer with AC and natural cross breezes.

Inviting house with a large swimming pool. Air conditioning in loungeroom. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans. The home is in a quiet suburb so please be respectful of keeping noise down after 10pm. I live downstairs so please be aware this is not a house for partying.
