We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.

Rustic home, kid friendly

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is also a hide a bed & air mattress.

Enjoy a 2000' two bedroom walk-out BASEMENT with private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, aged pool table, home theater, and 50" TV, WiFi, and home theater powered by Roku. All this is completely separate from the house. Please let us know if you intend to use the second full bed in the home theater as it requires a little set-up time and effort. there is a single bed in the home theater you are welcome to use.
