Within walking distance of the library, a park, a flower shop, a barber, two repair shops, and a gas station. It has two nice bedrooms (upstairs), an office with a hide-a-bed couch (downstairs), and a large room that sleeps 2-3 between a queen bed and a single bed (upstairs)

The original wide pine floors can still be found in the two bedrooms on the second floor.
