Located in the middle of the pines it is the best place to spend some quality time with your family and friends. The villa has 4 rooms (two double bed and 4 single bed), 2 bathrooms (one is on the exterior) and a fully equipped kitchen seperated from the rooms.

You will live at the second floor of the house where you have your whole privacy ,a living room ,1 bedroom with a workspace and an office chair too,1 bathroom and a kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary utensils and dishes and a large balcony.While the apartment is generally quiet, you may occasionally notice slight noise from the street or surrounding area. The house is situated just a short walk ( 10min) to the beach through a shortcut by walking . A full refurbishment took place in January 2023.
