This place is a dream. Please enjoy the outdoors and everything this amazing place has to offer. The pool will be reopened around May 2025 (weather dependent. It is a heated pool and salt water. Pool rules: absolutely no diving. No children under the age of 18 should be near or in the pool area without supervision under any circumstances. NO glassware by the pool. If there is an incident with glass near the pool area please tell our property manager immediately. If you need anything ask!

The Oaks - secluded rural estate w/ amazing views

This is the 45-acre estate known as "The Oaks" previously owned by painter Maxfield Parrish. Huge oak trees and rocky ledges abound. Great for gatherings with family or friends. Close to Dartmouth College, Woodstock, and ski areas - or just sit on the porch and take in the views. Weddings and reunions can be hosted (tent rentals and catering by others).

The adventure park at the mountain has aerial sky rides, zip lines and other activities. The fall foliage is gorgeous too!
