Located a block from the ocean, having a private space to make your vacation as comfortable as possible are wonderful. We look forward to hosting everyone. Come enjoy the Central Coast. The property is proud to offer keyless entry to allow for a leisure check in and out. The key code for front door and garage door will be provide on the day of check in. There are two surfboards, two boogie-boards, rolling ice chest, and a beach cart to enhance your Central Coast beach experience. Please know that all organic, cruelty free shampoo, conditioner and bath soap have been provided for your use in every bathroom. The key code is given thirty minutes before check in time and you get to arrive to The Spot knowing the property is yours for your vacation. The house is on Dolliver Street which is also known as the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s only a block from the sand and downtown Pismo and just a 10-minute drive to the Wineries. In addition to the two parking spaces within the garage there is also ample parking on the street directly in front of the property. The front door and garage door entrances are all automated so your check in and out are all done keyless so you feel most at home. Your vacation truly begins when you pull up.

Parking is on the street, anywhere around the cottage. The city allows overnight street parking. Once you park you can pretty much walk everywhere.

Our picturesque guest house sits 30 feet from the main house, in our serene back yard. With your own private porch with a cozy fire pit! Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am. We are always happy to honer an early check in or out if we have time and schedule.
