Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

Enjoy the sound of the on property waterfall as you relax in the hot tub overlooking the woods. The cabin also includes a sauna, outdoor shower, outdoor fire pit and indoor wood burning fireplace. Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Reconnect with nature in this off grid wild mountain setting. 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive access only. AWD SUBARUS get up just fine! Steep gravel road. There is 2 wheel drive parking space available with a steep 1/2 mile hike to the cabin. If we are close by we could arrange a shuttle… Bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Queen size and twin size for the bunk beds. We provide Pillows and lightweight comforter for you. Weddings available for an EXTRA CHARGE. See below.
