Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Das Alstertaleinkaufszentrum per Bus in nur 3 Stationen in 6 min oder zu Fuß in 20 min erreichbar. Hamburg-Airport per Auto in nur 15 min, per öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in ca. 30 min erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit Bus und Bahn in ca 40-50 min erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze draußen vor dem Haus auf der Straße.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Obgleich du nur 35 min entfernt von der Hamburger Innenstadt wohnst, hast du den Wald, Wiesen und Pferde direkt vor der Tür. Die kleine Ferienwohnung im "Bullerbü"-Stil ist neu eingerichtet und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und die Möglichkeit, draussen zu sitzen. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Weitere wichtige Hinweise: Wir wohnen selber im Haus nebenan und sind daher schnell vor Ort, sollte irgendetwas unklar sein.

Schöne Zweizimmer Wohnung vor den Toren Hamburgs. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen Sie in ca. einer 1/2 die Innenstadt von Hamburg. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Der Bahnhof Halstenbek mit kostenlosen P+R Parkplatz ist ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Flughafen ist mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten für Gäste befinden sich gleich in der Nebenstraße. Zum aus- und Einladen darf gern bei uns geparkt werden.

Die Zimmer sind mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Kühlschrank. Das Bad hat eine große Eckbadewanne und ein Doppelwaschbecken. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer Flachbildschirm. Und viele Regale mit Büchern für jeden Geschmack.

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich am Rande Hamburgs, in der Nähe der Elbe inkl. Willkommenshöft sowie dem Klövensteen. Die S-Bahn ist fussläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Zugang für Gäste Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Terrasse. Gästen steht ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang der Wohnung zur Verfügung

Furnished apartment in a quiet blind alley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg.
