The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Stay in our 1927 Caboose. It has everything you need for your trip. You will have free Wi-Fi to cozy up on the couch or sip free coffee/ tea outside around the fire. Play with the goats, feed the chickens and pig, or pet the horse. 5 minutes to a Winery, within 30 miles to 3 Casinos, 31 miles to Buc-ee's, and a little over an hour to Dallas. Welcome to "The Little Ass Apartment" which sits on 28 acres with 3 mini donkey hosts. This apartment has everything you will need to relax indoor or out. There is a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer, and spacious bedroom. Outside has a large fenced in yard, fire pit with seating, and a wrap around porch with views of the sunrise and sunset! Enjoy the backyard entertainment area with washers and corn hole!
