All apartments share a big green yard with sun beds, garden tables, chairs, umbrellas and shower. The Villa is located in Lefkada island 15 min driving distance from the main city and 2 min by car from the famous beach Kathisma. The main house is white-washed with a pergola next to the pool (6.00x3.00)m 1.45 depth, a private parking and garden. On the ground floor there is an open-plan sitting/dinning/kitchen area with one bedroom and one bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second with a smaller bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals.
