Στον πρώτο όροφο του κτιρίου βρίσκονται η κουζίνα, το σαλόνι καθώς και δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το κάθε ένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η σουίτα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, διθέσιο καναπέ και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Εξωτερικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει μια επιπλωμένη βεράντα με τραπεζαρία και γύρω από την πισίνα ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλα. Δυνατότητα BBQ.
