Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Hi welcome to Our house is situated in the heart of central Chiangmai old city. Our accommodation is a single-story house, built as two small guesthouses for Airbnb guests, This room is 30 square meters with one separate small room at the back of the property (this room is only rented out during high season). There is a shared outdoor seating area for smoking or dining, and motorcycle parking is available on the property. There is no car parking. We look forward to welcoming you!

Our cozy house on Wualai Road, right near the South Gate and Old Town. It’s set in a quiet neighborhood that’s easy to walk around, local market nearby for food & snacks. This is a standalone sleepout with its own private bathroom, two single beds, microwave, kettle, utensils for preparing simple meals. Indoor smoking is strictly not allowed, though you’re welcome to smoke outside in the garden. No washing machine on-site, you’ll find convenient laundromats nearby.
