Located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, just 2 hours 15 mins from NYC. Two great ski mountains, Hunter and Belleayre, are each 15 minutes away. Close to amazing hiking trails. Please read description thoroughly before booking. Relax with a comfortable mix of rustic and elegant in this colorful studio with loft bedroom in the Catskill Mountains of NY. Midway between lovely towns, Woodstock and Phoenicia. Full kitchen and bath, closet, cathedral ceiling, sleeps two adults comfortably. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets. This includes service animals. Not suitable for children or infants. No smoking or vaping. We use fragrance free laundry detergent.

Whether you are coming to relax or play hard with family and friends, Phoenicia is the perfect place to stay in the Catskills. There is always so much to do during any season. During the Spring, Summer and Fall months, we have fly fishing, incredible trails to hike/bike, waterfalls (Katterskill is 28 minutes away!), the Esopus to tube or kayak in, and several swimming holes. During the winter months, we are close to 3 ski areas; Hunter (19 min), Belleayre (20 minutes),Windham (34min)

Enjoy private access to the stream. This spot has some of the best fishing holes on one of the best trout streams in NY. Take a beautiful hike nearby as well! Please note fireplace is non functioning and there is no standard cable (smart TV with access to your favorite apps).

The cabin has a deck that overlooks the river, outdoor fire-pit w/ Adirondack chairs, a grill, picnic table & an indoor gas fireplace.
