People usually come over for eating and chilling. You’ll love my place because of the location, reasonable price, 50m near the beach, my space is suitable for a group of people living together, doing activities, cooking, eating seafood, enjoying sunset. My place is good for families (with children) and big groups.

Outside the area lies the unexploited Thailand with a rich selection of restaurants, beaches and markets. The nearest beach is only 400m and the pool is at the perfect distance fom the house. The house is 132 square meters including the balcony and fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, AC in each room, kitchen, laundry machine and two bathrooms.

The peaceful Bali Residence house Villa Saimaa offers a great setting for a relaxing holiday. Please note that electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual consumption (7 THB/kWh). The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. The living room has a sofa bed. There are six beds in total.
