In the two cozy bedrooms you will find a double bed and two single beds. The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2020. The large living room offers a lot of living space. Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

Welcome to Koerhuys Alkmaar! A one-of-a-kind 16th century courtyard house located at the old city center. Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

Art & Tatra (Kunst van Lida en auto's van Cees)

Onze B&B is gelegen in het hart van Waarland, met Alkmaar, Schagen en Heerhugowaard op fietsafstand. Het is een gastenverblijf voor 4 personen, geschikt voor een gezin met grotere kinderen. In Waarland is geen treinstation en 's avonds rijden er geen bussen. Zonder auto zijn wij wellicht niet de juiste locatie. Bij een verblijf langer dan 5 dagen wordt een korting gegeven, maar dient u zelf voor het ontbijt te zorgen.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance and free parking. The apartment also has a cozy garden where you can have breakfast outside under the veranda or relax after a beautiful day.

Gelegen aan het centrale dorpsplein van het prachtige dorpje Ilpendam, staat ons grote huis met een modern en luxe ingerichte studio op de begane grond. Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
