Hidden behind adobe walls, this house is a New Mexico classic, with brick floors, beam ceilings and stained glass. The large bedroom, which features a gas fireplace, looks out onto a private garden. A second large shaded yard offers multiple options for outdoor dining. It's 3.5 miles to Old Town Albuquerque, 2 miles to the trails of the Rio Grande Nature Center and about an hour to Santa Fe. Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the winter and relax on the shady patio in the summer.

This cozy home is centrally located in a safe, peaceful, quiet neighborhood with its own private entrance, balcony & living space. Great location if you are working here, visiting, or passing through Albuquerque. It is 2 minutes to I-40, and only 15 minutes on average anywhere in Albuquerque. Shopping, restaurants, golf coarse.

The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for three. There is one queen bed and pull out sofa couch. Additionally there is plenty of closet space and one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination.

There is a dining room table with sitting for 6. There are two queen beds, one twin bed and a dedicated work space. Two full updated bathrooms, great floor plan with an open living area. Living room features 50-inch smart TV with high speed internet.
