It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

We are accessible to north and south coast beaches. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family.
