Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

The heating of the pool is included in the cost of your stay from October-May. You will enjoy entertaining in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen with updated appliances and an air fryer in the oven. The comfy beds are memory foam and the bathrooms are both updated. Skip the game day/concert traffic and opt for an easy walk. We are located 0.8 miles from State Farm Stadium.

Welcome to Sunnyside Retreat! Our home has been newly remodeled with all your vacation needs in mind. Sunnyside has a diving pool (NOT heated), hot tub, corn hole, VR headset, foosball table and much more for your home entertainment. Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016.
