This cottage has been my family's happy place for decades, and now we are ready to share it with you. Tucked onto a wooded lot, our home offers peace and solitude within walking distance of Pentwater Village (shops, restaurants, ICE CREAM!) and beautiful Mears Beach. Ludington is 15 min north, and Silver Lake is 15 min south.

Great location, on the main road, 7 miles from Silver Lake sand dunes, and 7 miles from Pentwater. It is 1/2 mile from Cedar Point County Park, close to ORV dune access, close to the 2540 acre Pentwater River State Game Area, with 7.5 miles of groomed cross country skiing and hiking trails. It is a base for your family Lake Michigan vacation.

Just steps from the Little Manistee River within a small fishing community is a northern Michigan getaway with the style of a lodge retreat, and the comforts of home. Tucked a few blocks off the main road, you'll have peace and quiet away from the crowds, but are just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to downtown Pentwater shops/resturants and the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline/beach. We've recently refreshed the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We also have a huge backyard, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Free parking, fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach towles and board games + more. Mears State Park (beach) 1.6 miles, downtown 0.8 mile walk along Pentwater Lake!
