You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Unser 78m² großes Gästehaus bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Das Zentrum der Wohnung bildet das geräumige Wohn-/Esszimmer. Die Unterkunft verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschplatz und WC. Daneben gibt es noch ein seperates Gäste WC. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
