This apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful historic home in downtown and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc. Only 10 miles to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach!

Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat

The Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat is our second Airbnb in Pensacola. We enjoyed hosting so much that we bought a 1927 Tudor cottage in the East Hill area of Pensacola, renovated and decorated it with lighthouses from around the US featuring the Pensacola Lighthouse. The cottage is 1000 square feet with a modern floor plan in the living space with enough room for larger families or two families. Two bedrooms, one bath, and lots of outdoor space, including a shower will accommodate larger groups.

Located 5 min walk from historic downtown, Seville Square, and Palafox Street, the location is ideal for all dining, nightlife, and events. The home is positioned on the corner of Bayfront Dr allowing for great water views of Pensacola Bay. The best beaches on the Gulf are only a 10 min drive. The location is also great for wedding parties as the Barkley House and Christ Church are walkable.

We have a multi level backyard with gazebo with swing, fire pit and huge deck. Fully enjoy the wildlife and outdoor activities.

Guests have the front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the shaded Live Oak canopy or relax in the New Orleans backyard courtyard equipped with a fire pit, Kamado Joe, outdoor shower, and covered entertainment area. The house conveniently sits within blocks of downtown restaurants and the America’s First Settlement Trail. Parking is provided in the driveway with plenty of street parking for additional vehicles.

NO water access. The Cottage is located 5 minutes from putting your toes in the bay at Naval Live Oaks. It is 10 minutes from the gorgeous white sands of Pensacola Beach or eating some of the Gulf Coast most delicious seafood.
