Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

Kultasärkkä

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Scandinavian lakeside cottage

Enjoy Lapland's nature and lovely sauna in privacy. Accommodation and experiences in same place. Modern cottage (2023, 48m²). Two frame mattress beds and two extra beds from bedsofa, also good for adults. All the beds in same space. See the wonderful landscape and northern lights from frozen lake or through large windows. Rafi - AuroraHut, lasi-iglu

Tässä unohtumattomassa kohteessa voit kokea uudelleen yhteyden luontoon. Lasi-iglussa koet Lapin luonnonilmiöt kuin olisit osa niitä, kesän yöttömän yön, talven tuiskun ja revontulet sekä hiljaisuuden erämaajärven rannalla. Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

Tunnelmallinen talo Kemijoen rannassa

Luonnonkauniilla Kemijoen rantatörmällä Rovaniemeltä noin tunnin ajomatka, 65 km Kuusamoon päin.Suosittelen auton vuokraamista. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.

Kalustettu kaksio. Järvi 400 m . Ei omaa rantaa.Kalastus, kelkkailu.metsästys. Luonnon rauha. Mahdollisuus kylpytynnyriin.Oma sisäänkäynti. Sauna käytettävissä johon oma sisäänkäynti. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu myös käytettävissä Ulkosauna myös käytössä.Etäisyys taajamasta n.35 km .Moottorikelkkailuun ja pilkkimiseen erittäin hyvät mahdollisuudet. Metsästys valtion mailla(Luvanvarainen).Netflix käytössä.Hanavesi on hyvää ja juotavaa.

Traditional Finnish cottage

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
