Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Schöne Unterkunft in Altstadt

Im Schlafzimmer bietet ein Doppelbett mit 180x200 cm und ein Kleiderschrank mit über 5 Meter länge genug Platz und Stauraum. Die gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht: Kaffee, Tee und einiges mehr sind inklusive. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, zusätzlich findet ihr einen großen Schreibtisch mit bequemen Bürostuhl, Bildschirm und ein eingebautes Regal mit sehr viel Stauraum vor. Im Bad könnt ihr duschen oder es euch in der Wanne gemütlich machen. Unsere Ferienwohnung (in einem 3-Familienhaus) im Souterrain, liegt zwischen München und Garmisch - Partenkirchen, mitten im “Pfaffenwinkel“.Der optimale Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder auch sportliche Aktivitäten wie Wandern oder Radfahren. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in Weilheim, Peißenberg oder Murnau. Außerdem liegt ein natürlicher Badeweiher mit kleiner Kneippeinrichtung circa 1km entfernt und ermöglicht spontanes Erfrischen zu jeder Tageszeit
