DanLea Moor shepherds hut

This is a beautiful shepherds hut that has everything you need to relax and unwind. It is fully set up with all you will need from pots and pans to washing up liquid. There is a composting toilet to the side of the hut no shower. This is a stunning part of the country with so many beautiful natural walks and views. Please note this is not suitable for anyone with low mobility due to slight walk from vehicle to the hut and stairs to access the accommodation No showers or bathroom Two adults only

Blackthorn Hideaway is our luxury, bespoke Shepherd's Hut. It has open field views and is surrounded by beautiful countryside walks, pubs, restaurants, famous attractions, and is only 20 minutes from the Peak District National Park. The Hideaway is the perfect location for a romantic break with your small dog (additional charge). Outside is a private, decked area with chairs, table, luxury outdoor slipper bath and fire pit - a perfect place to relax, unwind, and cosy up under the stars.

There are a handful of local villages - Earl Sterndale, Hollinsclough, Longnor and Hartington that are all relatively close. The perfect place for hikers, bikers, or simply for a relaxing getaway.

A quirky self-catering shepherd's hut in the Peak District close to the village of Hathersage with stunning views towards Stanage Edge. This shepherd's hut, situated on a working farm, sleeps two people in a king size bed with separate shower room. Kitchen facilities with toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, 2-ring hob. Meet our animals whilst wandering our fields or walk from the property in to Dimmingsdale & Alton village. We’re a 5 minute drive to Alton Towers.
