Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. The bedrooms & bath are private. The rest of the house is shared with us. Our home is in a wonderful, quiet community with tree lined streets. The house itself has a lot of light and a wonderful backyard with a deck. We welcome people of all backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, races and religions. We are about 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte, close to shopping, hiking, walks and parks. No smokers allowed. We do have a dog who is calm and friendly.
