Wainui Beachfront Home is located on Moana Road right across from the beach. It is a 10min Drive from the City and only 1km away from the Okitu Store. The House has three bedrooms (2 King Beds & 1 Double Bed), One Bathroom and 2 Toilets. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area is open plan and offers a lot of space. Located close to the " viaduct basin " of Gisborne - Restaurants, Kaiti Hill, Museum, Cycleway, Beaches and a short 10 minute walk to the river and Gisborne CBD. The Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! The Shed - Orchard Retreat

Our two bedroom accomodation is positioned to get the best views out over our citrus orchard. The large deck extends off the spacious open plan lounge and kitchen to allow indoor/outdoor living. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Full kitchen with everything you may need as well as a bottle of our award winning orange juice. Due our deck and the stairs our property is not suitable for young children. We are a smoke free property and do not allow smoking.
