This newly constructed carriage house was built to embrace the character and charm of the main house, a 1928 craftsman bungalow. Your 2nd floor 1 BR apartment is well appointed with a full chef's kitchen, a living room with a pull-out sofa, and washer/ dryer. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the large porch. 2 min walk to Grand Central restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, or grab a bike or scooter for a 5 min ride to Downtown St. Pete or 15 to the beaches.

1400 sf 2 bed/ 2 ba across from gulf. Relax on the front lawn listening to waves. Stroll 2 blocks to shops/dining. Historic cottage with Mexican tile floors. Washer/dry inside. Full kitchen. Grill. There are 3 units on property including ours, all w/ separate entrances and living spaces. No shared areas except for outdoors! First floor, rear unit.Rentals < 30 days allowed in historic section a limited # of times/ year. For shorter stays, please contact us to see if your dates are possible.

Tranquil One Bedroom Condo on Pass-a-Grille Beach

Located in the heart of historic Pass-a-Grille steps away from the Gulf beach. Live music, marine wildlife and beach combing abound! The colors of the sunsets don't even look real, but they are...they are amazing. PAG is mostly a quiet little historic town reminiscent of early Florida. For big savings, skip renting a car and just Uber from airport and use free ride or Uber to get around and Instacart to deliver groceries. It does get busy on weekends and holidays and parking can be tight.

You’ll have the Entire 500sq ft Cottage & private entry, deck/dock, all to yourself. Located on a 37-acre private ski lake. Key-pad entry, private parking. 1 king bed, 1 bath, queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV’s, blackout curtains,shampoo,conditioner,hairdryer,WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍

While we host primarily monthly and season rentals, while enjoying the space from time to time ourselves and with family, we welcome the rare short term guest(s), *as availability and city ordinances allow*.
