Located north of Land O Lakes, Florida, in Pasco Trails, a gated community of acreage and horses. Outlet mall, many eating establishments and sports complexes within half-hour drive. We have had to institute a policy of "no smoking. To be clear, we are retired couple who live in the main house. The apartment is attached but has its own entrance and is self contained.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends - please count each pet as an extra person when reserving. Imagine glamping+++. Campground feel with more amenities, comfort and privacy.

La Palma

Welcome to La Palma New apartments is very quiet place, WiFi , kitchen, free parking, close to the beach and nice Restaurant, 45 minutes from the Tampa Airport, 5 minutes to New Port Richey Downtown. Maximum of 2 Pets are allowed but there is $100 fee for pets, to stay in for a later checkout is a $20 fee.
