In the winter, please ensure you have an SUV, Front wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle in case it snows.

There are hundreds of easily accessible trails straight from the home for you to enjoy on foot or with your outdoor toys!

It is approximately 4 miles northwest of I-40 & Rt 66, making it a quiet location away from the train & freeway noise. Parks has about 1500 residents and is between Flagstaff & Williams. The Grand Canyon is just an hour north of Williams as well. Firewood included for wood stove & outdoor fire pit.
