The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family with a Queen bed in the room and bunks off the lounge.Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair

Beach hideaway

Our place is close to the beach (2 minutes walk), public transport and five minutes drive from Papamoa shopping centre. It is a fully self-contained unit which is part of our house, with its own entrance and private driveway and backyard with BBQ. You’ll love it because of the location and privacy. It is suitable for couples, or possibly a family with one child and a baby. In the lounge we have a day bed similar size to a small single bed. We also have a portacot for a baby if needed.

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Hidden away for you to enjoy the warmth and sunshine. Relax outside in the morning sun or have an evening wine in the private garden courtyard. Enjoy the luxury bedding in your seperate bedroom and the Natural Ecostore products provided. So handy to the Mt & Papamoa Beach, walking distance to Papamoa beach access + award wining cafes & supermarket . Own Suite, own access, we are around if necessary but respect your privacy.

One of a kind, this brand new luxury one bedroom unit has all the comforts and amenities of a full house while being the perfect size for a couple to get away. There is another door in the Studio that you can keep locked but enables you to access garage if you wish to store anything. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. Approx 6 kms to Bayfair shopping. Quiet location.

Beachside unit, short walk to shops/cafés and bars

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.
