This home, comprised of three buildings -- the main house with two bedrooms, a detached bedroom with bathroom and a separate guest cottage with two bedrooms, epitomizes rustic elegance. Located on the outskirts of Panajachel, outside the hussle and bustle, you can walk to the center of town in 10 to 15 minutes, or go by tuk tuk or car in five minutes.

Casa Marroquí (previamente conocida como Muzzen Muzzef) fue diseñada por nuestros padres despues de su viaje a Marruecos en los años 70. Sus arcos, cúpulas y vitrales son algunos de los encantadores elementos arquitectónicos que tanto admiraban y querían traer a casa. Esta propiedad única se encuentra a orillas del lago Atitlán, uno de los más maravillosos del mundo. Sus aguas azul cobalto y los tres volcanes que lo rodean hacen que la vista desde la casa sea una experiencia impresionante.

Cozy and relaxing with view of Lake Atitlan

Our cozy cottage features sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 full bathrooms, all situated in the private Yacht Club, which is a gated community. There are beautiful gardens to stroll through during your stay. The decor is very bright with lots of natural light and lots of areas to relax indoors or out. We live in the USA, but we do have a gardener/care taker on site to assist in any way during your stay and is available most days. The guards at the entrance can also assist.

It is a very secluded property with no "neighbors" on either side. To the east is the soft flowing Parankaya River. To the west are undeveloped grounds which are also part of the villa grounds. The Villa is Absolutely Amazing. It is Paradise. Volcano Views! 1 camera outside to garden/lake.
