Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Een volledig gemoderniseerde vrij liggende woonark, van alle comfort voorzien, met vrij uitzicht over de Westeinder Plassen. De woonark beschikt over een ruime woon- en eetkamer met goed uitgeruste keuken. Twee ruime slaapkamers en een prachtige badkamer, die uitgerust is met een was-/droogcombinatie, zijn beneden. Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming, aparte badkamer en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Buiten op het dek heeftU een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

Met trots en plezier verhuur ik een 2 persoons tuin suite in mijn buitenverblijf apart van mijn huis in Heemstede inclusief gebruik van een eigen badkamer (in Dec 2022 geheel vernieuwd). Er is gratis parkeren op het terrein en er is een privé terras. Het station Heemstede Aerdenhout is aan de overkant en je kan fietsen huren in Zandvoort of Haarlem. Het is 5 min met de trein naar Haarlem en 23 min met de trein naar Amsterdam. Kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle buitenkamer.

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Welkom op de begane grond suite. Zeldzaam in Haarlem. En ook nog eens zeer ruime (85m2) in heel rustig straatje. Midden in het historische centrum van Haarlem met alle restaurants, bars, winkels, bioscopen, theater, poppodium, concertgebouw, musea, markten en bootverhuur op loopafstand. Ontbijt op aanvraag (€ 18,50 per persoon). Geserveerd in het appartement tussen 8.00 - 10.00 uur. Honden zijn welkom (€45 per verblijf) Een baby bedje en kinderstoel op aanvraag.

The centrally located Smithy is a wonderful place to hang out with your friends, family, and colleagues all year round. During the winter, have a drink by the fireplace in the spacious living room. During the summer, enjoy a BBQ in the sun-drenched garden, looking over the water. Cook together in the bright kitchen, and enjoy a delicious meal at the dinner table. The location of the historic barracks, The Ripperda, is not only beautiful but also wonderfully central.

Nalu Beach Lodge ligt op een geweldige locatie, slechts 10 stappen verwijdert van het strand. De Lodge is smaakvol ingericht en ligt dichtbij het strand, het stadscentrum, het treinstation en het circuit. De lodge heeft alles om u zich thuis te laten voelen. De keuken is volledig uitgerust voor het kleine diner. De open woonkamer bevat het slaapgedeelte in de hoek. De hele lodge kan gebruikt worden. De tuin is gedeeld met de eigenaren.

Beds made, towels, WIFI, Netflix included. No pets dogs. Parking for free.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
