Our free standing stylishly renovated cottage is situated at the back of the property and has it’s own private garden courtyard. Fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, bedroom with skylight, Q-XL bed & en-suite bathroom. The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

The studio is located a mere 5 min walk to the nearest supermarket/midtown and a 13 min walk to old town with quaint restaurants, shops and cafés.

Our private, self-catering flatlet has a modern, sumptuous interior with high ceilings. We provide a cooling fan, heaters, and electric blankets (in winter). The private sliding-door entrance is accessed off the street via a spacious and private patio under a large veranda. There is parking on the premises. The flatlet is only 100 metres from the coastline and paved walkways stretch for more than a kilometre along the stunning clifftop views, where whales can be seen close by in season.

You’ll love my place because it is peaceful, comfortable, has a beautiful sea view and is safe.

Beautiful quiet and self-catered studio apartment in the serene, exclusive and safe neighbourhood of Upper Brandwacht, located in the hills above Stellenbosch, around 6 minutes’ drive from the centre of town. The house is nestled between vineyards and mountains, and is just a few minutes’ walk away from a beautiful forest, nature reserve and mountain biking tracks. There is a wonderful sense of peace to this neighbourhood and the views are spectacular.
