Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

A peaceful, secluded Cabin In The Woods experience on the South Fork of the Caddo River. This 80+ acre property is yours to explore alone with no other homes or cabins anywhere on the property. The property extends on both sides of the river with 1/3 mile of river frontage. Swim, kayak, fish, & relax. It accommodates two adults, no children or pets. Two night minimum stay, no exceptions.
