There is a levee between house and water so a short walk (1 min) gives you private access to view and enjoy beach. it is not waterfront and I consider rugged and nature focused. Room for boats, extra cars, screened in back porch in a quiet safe neighborhood local market 1 mile away.

Sunny Disposition is a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage, sleeping up to 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 14 guests with an additional rental fee. From the deck on the water, you will have breath taking views of Lake Erie and the Islands. The numerous beaches up and down the coast will provide hours of water fun.
