236 B ground floor We have 4 one bedroom condos on Lake Erie walking distance to all activities in Port Clinton Ohio. All three condos are in the WATERFRONT II complex (236 A, 236 B 1st floor, 240 D 2nd floor & 246 F 3rd floor ) Most of tyhe pictures are labeled. There is a pool, hot tub and beach on the complex. We also try not to breakup weekends. Our prices listed include all local taxes and fees. Hot tub and pool are seasonal - opening in late May and closing in late September
