There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.

Master bedroom features a queen size bed and opens onto the sun porch, perfect for your morning coffee overlooking the water. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed plus there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen, large pantry, and a laundry room for all the comforts of home. A true Southern cottage Up North!

Located 1 block from Otsego Lake public access and around the corner from Otsego Lake County Park. Many options for outdoor activities including fishing, swimming, hiking and skiing. Groomed trails are 3-4 miles down the road for snowmobiling as well. We do not offer air. We have a streaming Roku TV without cable. No pets allowed. 4 guest max. Strict 11 am checkout time to ensure proper cleaning for our next guests.
