Her er rolig og fredelig med kort vei til Østensjøvann og Østmarka. Vaskemaskin og oppvaskmaskin tilgjengelig. Klesstativ og tørkestativ Matbutikk og et lite senter i underetasjen med Normal, bokhandel og frisør. Fem minutter unna ligger T-banen, og til Oslo S tar det 16 minutter.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
