This stylish peninsula lake house is the perfect place to stay for group trips or even a couples getaway. 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 16 comfortably. Sauna! Sandy beach, volley net, arcade games, shuffleboard, multiple decks, large dining room, and wood burning fireplace. The lake house is extremely spacious, with multiple areas to relax or have fun with friends or family! Enjoy hearing the birds from your open window, hear the rooster crowing, take a tour of the farm and garden for a relaxing stroll, or launch a canoe in the lake for a peaceful water adventure. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 'Bella Vista' is a cozy cottage SE of Leroy MI, approx. 6 miles E. of 131. The 2 bedroom cottage on Wells Lk. sleeps up to 5 comfortably. 3 large picture windows overlook a beautiful view of the lake. You are able to enjoy this smaller lake via 4 kayaks, deck, or a pontoon off of your personal deck. The comfortable 1993 pontoon has a new 4-stroke, 30 HP Suzuki motor. Pontoon use is $30/day for experienced boaters.

Walk the property, use one of our paddle boats, swim, bring an ATV/ORV and ride the 12,000 acres of state land across the road, or simply relax and read a book by a campfire!

Enjoy your stay at this charming getaway on the shores of all-sports Rose Lake. Roast marshmallows at the lakeside fire pit, swing in the hammock, take a paddleboat ride, kayak with the loons, jump off our swim raft or relax on a lounge chair and listen to the waves lap the shore. An 8-person hot tub overlooks the lake. Nearby Cadillac, Caberfae Peaks, Cadillac Winery, Clam Lake Beer Company & Pine River offer more ways to stay active!

A simple getaway. Lake access right down the street with public boat ramp. Great for taking a break in an incredibly designed cabin. The water is okay for taking a shower and washing dishes, but please use bottled water for cooking and drinking. Downtown Evart drive 15 minutes. Downtown Cadillac drive 25 minutes.
