Near Ouray (20 min), Telluride (45 min), Silverton (1 hr) and Durango (2 hr).We have a studio apartment above the garage.This is separate from the house. Main living space with full kitchen (cooking utensils, spices, oil, coffee, tea, sugar,cream), dining table, sitting area, queen bed, twin bed (+twin air mattress). Stay in one of our cozy Casitas (tiny houses) that accommodate two people and are situated among a few others at our eclectic campground in the valley between Ridgway and Ouray Colorado. These tiny homes have a small footprint of 250 square feet but feel much larger due to the high vaulted ceilings. They are stocked with your everyday necessities such as linens, cooking basics and showering facilities. We have cleverly designed them to maximize space and hope you enjoy the loft views!

The apartment is ideal for a couple with 2 children- bathroom includes a tub and shower. The master bedroom has a brand new King Size Remote Controlled Adjustable Bed. The second bedroom contains a trundle bed in which the two beds can be separated or pushed together for one big bed. Please see photos of second bedroom.

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Updated and cozy in town 3 bedroom home. Spectacular views all around. Short walk to Uncompaghre river trail, restaurants and shopping. Two large porches and great upper deck with awesome views of the Sneffels range. Fenced in backyard. The back porch has a charcoal BBQ for you to use. There is internet TV, but no cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. The pantry has some canned goods, spices that you are free to use as needed.
