Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight adults (no children) can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable for smaller groups.
