Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Enjoy the classic charm as well as modern conveniences steps from Downtown! In the evening unwind, BBQ on the gas grill and warm up with the backyard firepit underneath the gazebo. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washer/dryer in your unit. Please note that this is a main floor apartment with a 1 bed unit above and a 1 bed below. Extra insulation and extra thick carpet padding has been added for sound mitigation in the sleeping areas. Outside area is shared with the two apt.
