Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

Sjöstuga 10 meter från havet vid Stockholms inlopp

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

Beautiful house with a lovely garden close to town

Central Stockholm, just 3 min walking to the subway station and then 10 min to T-centralen. Near shopping centers, 10 min walking to Globen. Near lakes; 10 min by car or bus. The house is 200 m2 with a beautiful garden. The kitchen is spacious and with a lot of windows, very illuminated. It is lovely to sit on the veranda and enjoy the evening sun, or perhaps another place in the garden. There is a park just across the street with beautiful trees and a typical Swedish "Koloni trädgård"

The house is very practical Our neighborhood is located south of the core of Stockholm, in a green environmemt and with many options to commute inte the city center or to several nature areas. Its a great spot for children and adults. It is located 10 minutes (walk) from the station Älvsjö from which Stockholm city can be reached by 10 minutes of train.
