Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Enjoy your own private yard and relax on the new outdoor patio featuring a gas fire pit. This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.

Granny's Little Cottage

Do you want to feel like you are back at granny's for the weekend?! This is the sweetest house to get away and relax on a nice vacation. Enjoy sipping coffee on the screened porch and listening to the birds before heading to the beach. For December the house will be decorated for Christmas. We're 8 miles from New River Air Station, 17 miles from Camp Lejeune main gate, 27 miles from Topsail Beach. Located in the country. House does have central heating and air conditioning.

Surf City Beach Tree House -quiet community with total privacy. Private beach access! Set between the beach & the sound, house has an open floor plan, live oak trees, large decks, screened gazebo, & a large fenced backyard. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
