Spacious, Cozy and Private

My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge. Bay View Studio Condo

This nicely styled studio condo has an amazing view of the bay and the pool from the balcony. This studio Condo sleeps 2 guests very comfortably but for small families and small groups trying to save, we have a futon couch and can fit up to 4. Condo has a pool on site and also has a washer and dryer on the same level near the elevator. Within 5 minutes from downtown Ft. Walton Beach with Plenty of restaurants and other attractions near the condo.
