Located 90 min north of Asheville, 30 min west of Boone and Appalachian State University. The average summer temp during the day is 70 degrees. Family Cottage on Williamstown Lake Near the Ark

Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin
