Train station 4 blocks away (to downtown San Diego, Los Angeles, Disneyland) Close to the pier, fishing, marina, kayaking, sport fishing Short ride to Carlsbad Village Guests have access to the surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs at the house. Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. Oceanside is close to lots... ~35 min drive to San Diego, The Zoo, Sea World, Mission Bay, Balboa Park, UCSD, San Diego Airport ~50 min drive to the international border ~50 min drive to Disneyland ~90 min drive to Los Angeles and Hollywood The bungalow is located within walking distance from the Oceanside train station. Parking is available on Pacific St. Access to the house on Pacific St. is through a green wooden gate (pictured). The Bungalow is on the 2nd floor and is not wheelchair accessible

Our sea-side neighborhood is Oceanside’s most beloved area due to it’s relaxing and laid back vibe and it’s countless local restaurants, breweries, and cafes, many of which are within walking distance of our apartment. Mornings in South Oceanside begin with ocean air & locally roasted coffee, as surfers paddle out & early risers stroll the beach. By midday, bikes cruise past murals, sandy feet wander into local shops, & the scent of tacos & wood-fired pizza drifts from favorite spots. As the sun dips low, evening beach walks capture the easy rhythm of South O life, where the day winds down with good food, good company & a craft beer or two — all part of the effortless charm this neighborhood is known for.

This highly upgraded 1400 sqft unit, is 8-min walk to beach/restaurants.  2-master suites, A/C, full kitchen, pivate double garage/patio , 4-bch bikes/chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. .  Height chair, pack/play on request.   Queen bed in one master, and two queens in the second. FYI, fireplaces are turned off due to safty issues with past renters. This is the top floor of a duplex, and I try to keep a peaceful environment, so please do not book if your group is on the loud side.
