The home is set in a quiet area with easy walking access to the scenic views at the beach. A short drive away are many great restaurants, cafes, and shops. To walk to the Beach access from the House, simply turn right when you come out of the house on Mast Ave toward 21st. Turn right again on 21st & walk to the end ( 3 streets down) towards the Ocean. There are a large number of steps that take you down to the beach so if that's difficult for anyone you may want to try one of many other accesses by car, that will bring you directly onto the Beach.
