We are located in a peaceful neighborhood on a large well groomed lot, but are only minutes from Dollywood, shows and tourist activities, the Tanger Five Oaks Outlet Mall and dozens of restaurants.

It's 22 miles from GBurg, secluded enough to enjoy the peaceful scenery on the creek, yet horseback riding, river tubing, golfing, hiking and zip lining are just minutes away. Enjoy a walkout downstairs apartment which includes a LR, additional seating area w/sleeper sofa, BR w/king bed, bathroom, dining room, kitchenette, small patio space, private entrance, & parking. The living area has a view and the décor is eclectic and updated. (This space is NOT childproofed, and NOT for small children.) It is best suited for 2 adults, but can accommodate 2 more guests (13 and over) w/sleeper sofa. Dollywood is 4 miles, GSMN park is about 12, and Pigeon Forge is only 2.

Location! Location! Location! Our 1 bedroom condo is in the very heart of Pigeon Forge, just across from The Island. Shops, restaurants, attractions, Dollywood, and Publix just minutes away. Gatlinburg is about 15 minutes, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 15 minutes. The condo is newly renovated with all oak/tile floors, a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa bed, sleeps 4, a walk in shower, high ceilings, 2 flat screen TVs, free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor pool.

Nuthouse - Pickle Ball, Firepit, mountain views

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).

"Bearfoot Hideaway" walk to downtown Gatlinburg!

Welcome to "Bearfoot Hideaway", a 2br 2ba rental walking distance to all the fun in downtown Gatlinburg. The condo has been updated with new furnishings, bedding, decor and SS appliances. We are an easy walk to downtown GB, but tucked away amongst trees, with regular bear sightings right outside the front door. Our home is more suitable for couples looking for a romantic getaway or families with older children looking for a convenient, walkable location.
